Promotion Period

The 25% off selected styles promotion runs from 09:00 on 29 December 2025 to 23:59 on 31 January 2026. Orders placed outside this timeframe are not eligible for promotional pricing.

Eligible Products

The discount applies only to selected styles as clearly marked on the Babble & Goose website. All excluded items will be clearly labelled and are not subject to the promotional price.

Pricing & Discounts

• The 25% discount is automatically applied at checkout to eligible items.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, loyalty reward, influencer code, bundle discount, or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated.
• Items purchased prior to the promotion period are not eligible for price adjustment, partial refund, or retroactive discount.

Stock & Availability

• All promotional items are offered while stocks last.
• Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock.
• Backdated price adjustments are not permitted under any circumstances.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Unless explicitly stated as eligible, pre-order and custom items are excluded from this promotion.

Returns & Exchanges STORE CREDIT ONLY

• Items purchased during the January 2026 sale are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
• Returns are accepted in line with our standard returns policy and must be made within the standard returns timeframe. Items purchased during the promotion are not eligible for extended Christmas returns.
• Store credit will be issued for the discounted price paid at the time of purchase, not the original full price.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the return is processed. If the replacement item is not part of the promotion, any price difference will apply.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Babble & Goose reserves the right to refuse returns or issue store credit where items show signs of wear or use.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be amended once placed.
• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

• Standard and express shipping charges apply as per our usual policy.
• Dispatch times may be slightly longer during promotional periods.
  
  

Misuse & Abuse

Babble & Goose reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, withhold refunds, or revoke promotional access where repeated returns, suspected abuse, or fraudulent behaviour is identified.

Website Errors

In the event of pricing, stock, or product description errors, Babble & Goose reserves the right to cancel or amend orders to correct inaccuracies.

General

Babble & Goose may withdraw, suspend, or amend this promotion at any time for operational or commercial reasons. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
