Babble & Goose Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Babble & Goose pieces. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, please follow the process below.
How to Return or Exchange
Faulty Item:
If returning a faulty item, please get in touch directly on hello@babbleandgoose.co.uk and we can issue a free returns label.
New Items
All other returns and exchanges (excluding pre-loved/nearly perfect items) must be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Please follow the instructions provided there to ensure smooth processing.
Eligibility
· Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt.
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including tags where applicable).
· Please take care when trying on items, as those returned in an unsuitable condition (e.g. worn, damaged, marked, or not in original packaging) will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
Refunds & Shipping
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
· Please keep your proof of postage.
· Refunds or exchanges are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Exchanges
Currently, we can only issue exchanges for UK based orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in line with the above terms.
Pre-Loved/Nearly Perfect Returns
Pre-loved/Nearly Perfect (second hand) items are sold as described and may show natural signs of gentle wear consistent with their condition. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchase.
If you would like to return a pre-loved item, do not use the standard returns portal. Instead, contact us directly at katie@babbleandgoose.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your return request.

Returns must be shipped back to the address provided in your returns request or, for pre-loved, as arranged with our team.

Items returned in an unsaleable condition (worn, marked, damaged, or not in original packaging) may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method.
