Loyalty Scheme Terms

Membership & Eligibility

The Babble & Goose Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) is free to join and is open to anyone making a purchase from babbleandgoose.co.uk or other authorised sales channels
By registering, you agree to these Terms as well as the general Babble & Goose Terms of Service.
Only one account may be held per person/email address. Accounts cannot be transferred or shared.

How the Scheme Works

Members earn points when purchasing eligible products through babbleandgoose.co.uk or other authorised sales channels.
The current earning rate, qualifying purchases, and reward thresholds will be published on our website and may change from time to time.
Points, discounts, or benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and remain the property of Babble & Goose.
We may occasionally offer bonus points or promotional rewards; details will be provided at the time of offer.

Redemption

Discounts can be redeemed online at checkout, subject to availability and published restrictions (e.g., exclusions on sale or limited-edition items, order value under £80).
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
If items are returned or exchanged for a lower value item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Expiry & Termination

Membership may expire if no purchases have been made within a 12 month period. Once your Membership is reactivated, your points will be reinstated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Scheme, including fraudulent activity or multiple accounts.
We may withdraw or amend the Scheme at any time, but will give members 30 days’ notice of any changes.

Your Data

To run the Scheme, we will collect and use personal information including your name, email address, and account activity (e.g., purchases, rewards earned and redeemed).
This data is processed for the purposes of running the Scheme, providing rewards, and keeping you informed of your membership status.
With your separate consent, we may also send you marketing communications about products and offers outside the Scheme.
Full details of how we use and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for rewards lost due to technical failures, expired rewards, or unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
